#Cooking - Vegetable Couscous
This simple one-pan recipe for Moroccan Spiced Vegetable Couscous is delicious on its own or as a tasty side dish.

Ingredients
- 300 gram couscous
- 240 gram white beans
- 100 gram sun dried tomatoes
- 50 gram pomegranate seeds fresh or frozen
- 100 gram green olives
- 2 bell pepper
- 60 gram Bomba! Arabian Night
- 20 gram olive oil
- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation method

Cook the couscous according to package.

Cut the bell pepper into dices.

Chop the sun dried tomatoes and green olives in a food processor.

Drain beans in a sieve.

Put the couscous, white beans, pomegranate seeds, chopped sun dried tomatoes and green olives in a bowl.

Add the Bomba! Arabian Night and the oil to it.

Mix it all together and garnish with mint.
