#Souping - Cauliflower Soup
This cauliflower soup is creamy and given extra flavour with Bomba! It is a little sweet, but because of the spicy paste, it is nicely balanced.
- 1 cauliflower (1000 gram)
- 100 gram onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1000 ml water
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 60 gram Arabian Night
- 100 ml single cream
- Parsley finely chopped
Peel the onion and the garlic.
Chop the onion and garlic fine.
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onion and garlic.
Add the cauliflower and stir through the onion and garlic. Fry this for 3 minutes.
Add the stock cube, water and the Arabian Night to the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Puree the soup with a blender.
Stir in the cream.
Ladle into bowls and top with parsley or croutons.
