#Saucing - Shakshuka
Delicious vegetarian casserole with tomato sauce and bell pepper with congealed eggs, good for dipping in with bread.
4 persons.
Ingredients
- 600 gram diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 4 eggs
- 1 bell pepper
- 100 gram onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 20 gram oil
- 80 gram Arabian Night
- Parsley fine chopped
Preparation method

Peel the onion and the garlic.

Chop the onion and garlic fine.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion.

Cut the bell pepper into pieces, put it in the pan and fry for three minutes.

Add the Arabian Night and fry it for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Make 4 dimples in the sauce and add the eggs in the dimples. Let them solidify to desired thickness; hard or soft boild. Put the lid on the pan to speed it up.

Garnish with some parsley or serve with bread.
