#Dipping - Patatas Bravas
Patatas Bravas is a delicious Spanish potato dish. Crispy fried potatoes, with a delicious tasty Bomba! sauce.
- 600 grams potatoes washed and halved
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic clove pressed
- 0.5 teaspoon of paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- 15 gram olive oil
- 60 gram Bomba! XXX
- 150 gram diced tomatoes
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Boil the potatoes for 6 minutes and then drain them.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease an oven dish.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic. When the onion is glazy add Bomba! XXX, diced tomatoes, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Spread the pre-cooked potatoes over the oven dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the garlic, paprika and olive oil. Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes in the oven.
Spread the sauce over the tomatoes.
Finally, garnish with the chopped fresh parsley.
Serve the patatas bravas immediately afterwards.
