#Saucing - Bolognese
The easy recipe for making a delicious classic bolognese sauce. This Italian sauce is delicious with pasta or in a lasagne.

Ingredients
- 50 gram onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 gram minced meat
- 150 gram carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 400 ml diced tomatoes
- 80 gram Bomba! Tomato XXX
- Optional: paprika, Italian herbs, salt and pepper
- Cook 300 gram pasta according package
Preparation method

Chop the onion and the garlic.

Chop the carrots and the bell pepper in a food processor until they are fine.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add the minced meat and fry it until it is loose.

Add the carrots, bell pepper and herbs and fry this for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are a bit softer.

Add the Bomba! Tomato XXX and fry for 1 minute. Add the diced tomatoes and a pich of salt / pepper.

Let the sauce simmer for at least 10-15 minutes.
