  • 8 slices of bread
  • 40 gram butter
  • 60 gram Bomba! Tomato XXX
  • 40 gram finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 20 mini mozzarella balls
  • 20 gram spring union
  • 4 teaspoons of fresh basil
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. Cut the mozzarella balls in half.

  2. Cut thin rings from the spring onion and finely chop the basil.

  3. Top both slices of bread with 1 tablespoon Bomba! Tomato XXX, and keep the edges clear.

  4. Top with some grated cheese, spring onion, basil, mozzarella, and pepper.

  5. Coat the outside of the bread with butter.

  6. Heat a dash of oil in a pan.

  7. Place in the pan until the bread is crisp (turnover in between).
