#Souping - Minestrone

This Italian meal soup is called 'the big soup' because it contains many ingredients. It is made from the leftovers you have at home: pasta, potatoes and vegetables.


4 persons.


Preparation time: 30 min.



  • 80 gram pasta shells
  • 100 gram onion
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 200 gram white beans
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 litres of water
  • 1 courgette
  • 120 gram carrot
  • 80 gram Bomba! XXX
  • Fresh basil to garnish

  1. Chop the onion and the garlic. Dice the courgette and slice the carrot.

  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion. When they are glazy, add the garlic as well. After 2 minutes, add the Bomba! XXX and fry it briefly. Then add the vegetables and fry briefly.

  3. Add the water and vegetable stock and bring to a boil.

  4. Add the pasta and cook according to package.

  5. Drain the beans and add them to the soup when the pasta is nearly cooked.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil.
