This hummus is a spread made from chickpeas, tahini, clove, lemon juice, cumin and Naturoma to add some saltiness and extra taste.

  • 400 grams of chickpeas (1 can - drained)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 15 grams of tahini (sesame paste)
  • 20 grams of lemon juice
  • 2 grams of cumin
  • 20 grams of olive oil
  • 2,5 teaspoon Naturoma

Preparation method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Little by little, add the olive oil.

  3. Blend to a smooth hummus. If the hummus is still a bit thick, you can add an extra tablespoon of olive oil or water to make it a bit thinner.

  4. Add Naturoma and mix until Naturoma is incorporated.
