This recipe lets you experience how to make a delicious pasta bolognese sauce without added table salt using the flavoring: Naturoma!

  • 25 gram onion
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 100 gram minced meat
  • 80 gram carrot
  • 5 bell pepper
  • 250 gram tomatoes
  • 5 teaspoon Naturoma
  • Optional: paprika powder, Italian herbs, pepper

Preparation method

  1. Chop the onion and the garlic.

  2. Chop the carrots and the bell pepper in a food processor until they are fine.

  3. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the minced meat and fry it until it is loose.

  5. Add the carrots, bell pepper and herbs and fry this for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are a bit softer.

  6. Dice the tomatoes into cubes.

  7. Add the Naturoma and the diced tomatoes.

  8. Let the sauce simmer for at least 10-15 minutes.
