#Saucing - Pasta Bolognese sauce
This recipe lets you experience how to make a delicious pasta bolognese sauce without added table salt using the flavoring: Naturoma!
- 25 gram onion
- 2 clove of garlic
- 100 gram minced meat
- 80 gram carrot
- 5 bell pepper
- 250 gram tomatoes
- 5 teaspoon Naturoma
- Optional: paprika powder, Italian herbs, pepper
Chop the onion and the garlic.
Chop the carrots and the bell pepper in a food processor until they are fine.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry it until it is loose.
Add the carrots, bell pepper and herbs and fry this for about 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are a bit softer.
Dice the tomatoes into cubes.
Add the Naturoma and the diced tomatoes.
Let the sauce simmer for at least 10-15 minutes.
This Hummus is a spread made from chickpeas, tahini, clove, lemon juice, cumin and Naturoma to add some saltiness and extra taste.
Warm, cosy and flavourful, this onion soup is prepared with caramelised onions. Top with baguette topped with melted cheese.
