#Saucing - Poké bowl

Ingredients
- 260 gram sushi rice
- 30 ml rice vinegar
- 300 gram salmon
- 150 gram broad beans
- 300 gram cucumber
- 2 avocado
- 2 spring onion
- 8 radish
- 3 teaspoon Naturoma
- 15 ml water
- Optional: use sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation method

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

Stir ⅔ of the rice vinegar into the rice while it is still warm. Leave the rice to cool for 1 hour on a large flat dish.

Meanwhile, cut the salmon into 1 cm cubes (brunoise). Put the salmon together with the water and Naturoma in a bowl and mix it, Pllace covered in the fridge until use.

Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into long strips. Sprinkle with the rest of the rice vinegar.

Cut the spring onion into slanted rings.

Cut the avocados in half lengthways and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh and cut into slices.

Cut the radishes into thin slices.

Divide the rice between bowls. Divide the salmon, cucumber, carrot, spring onion and avocado over the rice. Sprinkle the salmon with the sesame seeds.
