Fan of pizza, but no time to make your own dough without being full of fat and sugar. Flatbread pizza is the answer!

Ingredients

  • 8 flatbreads
  • 120 gram Arabian Night
  • 300 gram falaff
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 200 gram grated cheese
  • 100 gram red onion
  • Optional rocket salad or dill for garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Spread each flatbread with 15 gram of Arabian Night paste.

  3. Cut the falaff balls in half.

  4. Cut the tomatoes and red onion.

  5. Spread the tomatoes, red onion and falaff on the flatbread.

  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the flatbreads.

  7. Bake the flatbreads in 8 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  8. Garnish the flatbread with rocket salad or dill.
