Ingredients
- 15 gram butter
- 40 gram red onion
- 15 gram flour
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml red wine
- 20 gram Umami Flavour Booster
Preparation method

Heat the butter in a pan on high heat.

Fry the chopped onion until golden brown.

Add the wine and reduce to ¼

Add the flour and cook for 1 minute on medium heat

Slowly add the stock and the Umami Flavour Booster.

Bring it to a boil and reduce heat until you have the desired consistency.

Optional: strain if you prefer a smooth gravy.
