Enrich your usual gravy by just adding the Umami Flavour Booster to create an intense savoury gravy.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml red wine
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 gram flour
  • 20 gram Umami Flavour Booster

Preparation method

  1. Remove the meat from the roasting pan.

  2. Put the roasting pan on the hob on high heat.

  3. Add the wine and deglace the pan, reduce to 1/4

  4. Stir the sauce and scrape the bottom of the pan to get all those crispy bits mixed in.

  5. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute on medium heat

  6. Add the stock and Umami Flavour Booster

  7. Bring it to a boil and reduce heat until you have the desired consistency.

  8. Optional: strain if you prefer a smooth gravy.
