Ingredients
- 500 gram minced meat
- 2 shallots
- 40 gram Umami Flavour Booster
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tomatoes
- 20 gram olive oil
- 4 slices cheddar
- 4 burger breads
- 2 pickles
Preparation method

Preheat the oven and bake the buns according to the packaging.

Finely chop the shallots.

Mix the minced meat, shallots, Umami Flavour Booster and egg yolk in a bowl.

Divide into four burgers and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Slice the tomatoes and the pickles.

Heat a grill pan, brush the burgers wit a little oil and fry for about 5-6 minutes per side.

Place the Cheddar over the burgers, fry until the cheese is melted.

Place the burgers on the toasted buns.

Top with the roasted tomatoes and sliced pickles.

Place the top bun halves on top.
