#Cooking - Stuffed omelet with vegetables
A simple and richly filled omelet is very easy to make with this recipe. Give it extra flavour with Naturoma instead of salt and pepper.
- 12 eggs (for 1 omelet: 3 eggs)
- 8 mushrooms
- 5 onion
- 5 red bell pepper
- 16 spinach leaves
- 200 ml milk
- 4 teaspoon Naturoma (for 1 omelet: 1 teaspoon)
- Cooking spray / oil
Spray the non-stick killet with cooking spray.
Chop the vegetables in a food processor.
Whisk the eggs, milk and Naturoma.
Pour the egg mix into skillet and cook over medium heat.
Lift edges as the eggs harden and drop the uncooked part underneath.
Top the right half of the omelet when the eggs are cooked.
Fold the left side over filling. Cover and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
This Hummus is a spread made from chickpeas, tahini, clove, lemon juice, cumin and Naturoma to add some saltiness and extra taste.
