#Souping - Lentil Soup
A simple recipe for a healthy and nutritious lentil soup. Enjoy this filling vegetarian soup with red lentils, tomatoes and onion.
- 150 gram red lentils
- 60 gram onion
- 20 gram oil
- 6 gram vegetable stock
- 1 litres of water
- 6 tomatoes
- 60 gram Bombay Surprise
Wash the lentils.
Chop the onion.
Heat the oil and fry the onion.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Add the stock, tomato wedges, lentils, water and Bombay Surprise.
Stir well and let it boil for 10 – 15 minutes.
Puree smoothly with a hand blender.
This Hummus is a spread made from chickpeas, tahini, clove, lemon juice, cumin and Naturoma to add some saltiness and extra taste.
Warm, cosy and flavourful, this onion soup is prepared with caramelised onions. Top with baguette topped with melted cheese.
