#Saucing - Chicken Korma
This Indian chicken korma is the ultimate comfort food, delicious and tastefully made. For a classic Indian meal, serve it with steamed rice or flatbread.
- 400 gram chicken (strips)
- 400 gram coconut milk
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 70 gram onion
- 70 gram Bombay Surprise
- 15 gram oil
- Fresh parsley to garnish
- Optional: serve with flatbread or rice
Chop the onion and fry it in a little oil.
Add the chicken and fry it until it turns golden brown.
Add Bombay Surprise and fry for 1 minute.
Add coconut milk and the chicken stock cube (shredded).
Leave for 3 minutes and stir well.
