This Indian chicken korma is the ultimate comfort food, delicious and tastefully made. For a classic Indian meal, serve it with steamed rice or flatbread.

  • 400 gram chicken (strips)
  • 400 gram coconut milk
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • 70 gram onion
  • 70 gram Bombay Surprise
  • 15 gram oil
  • Fresh parsley to garnish
  • Optional: serve with flatbread or rice

  1. Chop the onion and fry it in a little oil.

  2. Add the chicken and fry it until it turns golden brown.

  3. Add Bombay Surprise and fry for 1 minute.

  4. Add coconut milk and the chicken stock cube (shredded).

  5. Leave for 3 minutes and stir well.
