#Souping - Tom Yum Soup
Make your favourite Thai soup easily at home. Tom yum is a spicy clear soup with prawns.

Ingredients
- 400 gram shrimp
- 1000 ml shrimp stock, chicken stock or water
- 60 gram Bomba! Mystic Bangkok
- 200 gram oyster mushrooms
- Fresh cilantro leaves to garnish
- Optional add a red pepper to spice things up
Preparation method

Peel the shell and head off the shrimp.

Shrimp broth: (If you want to make a shrimp broth, you can boil the shrimp heads in water. Boil until the water turns slightly orange in colour. Press the shrimp heads with a spatula to extract the juice from the heads. Drain the shrimp stock and throw the shrimp heads and shells away).

Add the Bomba! Mystic Bangkok to the shrimp stock, chicken stock or water. Bring it to boil.

Add the shrimps and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Cut the oyster mushrooms into slices in the meantime and add it to the soup. Let it boil for 3 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro leaves.

Optional: Add evaporated milk to the soup to make Tom Yum in Bangkok style and to make it more spicy you can add a red pepper.
