Salami Cannoli

Laura Santtini's Salami Cannoli
Classic and simple like a black dress with pearls, these fun bites are perfect served with something fizzy. Cannolo means ‘little tube’ in Italian and these are delicious savory versions of cannoli.

Serves 6 as canapés

INGREDIENTS

3oz cream cheese
1 tablespoon Taste5 Bomba! XXX Tomato paste
12 slices of salami
½ handful of arugula or shredded basil

METHOD

Mix together the cream cheese and Taste5 Bomba! XXX Tomato paste until well combined.

Lay out the 12 slices of salami and spread each slice with a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture and a pinch of arugula or shredded basil.

Simply roll up into little tubes and serve.
