This Oscar-worthy popcorn reaches a new level of delciousness when drizzled with lashings of flavored butter and liberally sprinkled with cheese. Here, Taste5 Bomba! XXX, Taste5 Original Umami Bomb and salty Parmesan meets earthy Taste5 Pepper and mingles with a decadent combination of olive oil and butter to deliver maximum umami flavor.

2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon Taste5 Bomba! XXX Tomato Paste
1/2 teaspoon Taste5 Original Umami Bomb Paste
1/4 teaspoon Sriracha, or more to taste (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Sea salt and Taste5 Umami Pepper, to taste
In a large saucepan over medium heat, warm 1 Tbs. of the olive oil. Add the popcorn kernels, cover the pan and cook, shaking the pan often, until the popping slows, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and wait for the popping to subside before removing the lid.
Melt together the butter and remaining tablespoon oil, then whisk in Taste5 pastes and optional Sriracha.
Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl. Drizzle with the flavored butter, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with the cheese, season with salt and Taste5 Umami Pepper, and toss again. Divide among individual bowls, if desired, and serve hot.
